According to the data of the Unified State Register, the number of registered legal entities and individual entrepreneurs amounts to 3,170 as of January 1, 2018.

Attraction of investments is a priority direction of the dynamic economic development of the Municipal Formation. The Administration of the Municipal Formation pursues an active policy aimed at creating a favorable investment climate and attracting capital to the district’s economy.

The district is located 120 km from the regional center of the neighboring region of the Russian Federation – the Rostov Region – Rostov-on-Don City and 180 km from the regional center of Krasnodar. The nearest railway stations are within a radius of 35-50 km. The regional center, Leningradskaya Cossack Village, and large settlements that are centers of rural settlements, have a widely branching network of social and engineering infrastructure facilities that allows to combine a high degree of development of the territory with minimizing costs when implementing investment projects.

The agro-industrial complex is a basis of the economic potential of the Leningradskaya District. More than 80% of the turnover of products is accounted for by agriculture and processing industry. The agro-industrial complex of the district has a powerful production and technical base.

24,300 people are employed in the economy of the district, of which 3.0 thousand people are employed in the industrial sector. The average salary in the district exceeds 23,000 rubles.

According to the level of development of the agricultural sector of economy, the district occupies one of the leading places in the Krasnodar Region. 21 large and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, 251 peasant farms and more than 23,000 personal subsidiary plots are employed in the production of agricultural products.

Such basic food products as sugar, whole milk products, cheeses, vegetable oil, fruit juices, flour, bread, meat and other consumer goods are produced from the district’s own raw materials. A significant part of the output is sold outside the Krasnodar Region.

More than thousand enterprises of the consumer sphere operate in settlements of the district.

Currently, the Administration of the Municipal Formation strives to create all conditions for successful business development. The regulatory system for providing land plots was developed and adopted, and administrative barriers were eliminated.

Our district is agrarian, and we associate the main prospects for economic growth, first of all, with the development of the production and processing of agricultural products, but we also take into consideration the importance of economic diversification aimed at creating new infrastructure facilities.

The existing resource and production potential allows implementing interesting ideas and commercial projects. We are offered our potential partners turn-key sites for the construction and implementation of priority investment projects in our district.

By focusing on productive collaboration, we propose to make it unordinary and highly effective by uniting the efforts of local authorities and business.
