The Governor informed journalists about the assistance the region provides for implementing projects aimed at creating and developing enterprises in key sectors of the Kuban economy.
«In 2024, we enhanced our support for large businesses. Companies received over three billion rubles to build infrastructure for investment projects. This is almost seven times more than the previous year, when over 430 million rubles were allocated for this purpose,» said Veniamin Kondratyev.
With the support of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity, nine major investment projects have been implemented in logistics, agriculture, food production, and the hotel and resort sectors. Those subsidies exceeded 1.1 billion rubles, while the total investment in these projects reached 79.6 billion rubles. More than 1,000 new jobs were created.
Last year, the Ministry of Industry allocated 1.6 billion rubles in grants and over 2.8 billion rubles in low-interest loans and grants from the Regional Industry Development Fund to enhance industrial production facilities. This funding helped upgrade, supply raw materials, and launch new product lines and industrial technology at more than 110 industrial enterprises, including the establishment of six new factories and production facilities.
Currently, 35 investment projects in the industrial sector are being implemented, with a total value of 1.2 trillion rubles. This accounts for one-third of the capital investments in ongoing projects across all sectors of the region's economy.
